The merchandise must be returned in the condition received with hangtags attached & inside the original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer & must be sent back with prepaid postage or freight. Shipping and handling costs may be incurred.

All received items will take 7-10 business days to process.

Credit back to payment type will be processed when product is received back into the system. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear back on the statement.

If a product is purchased from a retail store or another website other than kradul.com, please go directly to the original place of purchase.

If the product had personalization done, it is non-returnable.

WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED OR MISSING ITEMS

Please make sure to confirm the order. Some orders are shipped separately and tracking information would be provided KRADUL.

If the order was fulfilled incorrectly by KRADUL, please forward the order number and product shipping in error or missing from the order to info@kradul.com. The order will be corrected as soon as possible.
