Warranty

KRADUL products are built with the “best in class” materials & workmanship and therefore are  warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of  original purchase. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, damage resulting from  unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, improper handling, damage caused by a common  carrier, loss of use, or other consequential damages. 

If a defect is found in materials or workmanship, along with a presentation of proof of purchase,  the product, upon discretion, will be replaced if available. The defective item(s) must be sent  back. This limited warranty DOES NOT cover any freight/shipping charges and is required to  ship the defective product back to KRADUL at your own expense. KRADUL only ships warranty  claims within the United States. 

A claim will not be processed without receiving the defective bag. Please send images of the  front of the item, image of the area of concern, and proof of purchase. KRADUL reserves the  right to decline warranty claims without proof of purchase and may decline a claim of any bag  which was modified in any way. Please contact customer service by emailing info@kradul.com. 

The limited 1-year warranty only applies to products purchased from an authorized KRADUL store, dealer, or website. 

If a product is purchased from the authorized store, dealer, or another website other than  kradul.com, please go directly to the original place of purchase. They must contact KRADUL directly for a warranty claim. 

KRADUL does not currently supply parts to any products. 

If the claim is approved and the exact bag is not available, another bag of equal value to the bag  originally purchased may be chosen. If there is a price difference, it is required to pay the  difference.
